GAD Ability TrackerĀ 

The Project GAD Ability Tracker is a monitoring and evaluation tool designed to ensure that programs and projects implemented within the Department of Education are aligned with the principles of gender and development, particularly the Harmonized Gender and Development Guidelines (HGDG). By systematically tracking and assessing whether initiatives are gender-responsive from planning to implementation, the tracker promotes accountability, inclusivity, and compliance with national GAD mandates. It serves as a practical mechanism to embed gender sensitivity into the core of project development, thereby fostering an equitable educational environment that addresses the diverse needs of all learners and stakeholders.
